Training on Government Common Service Standards

The Department of Public Administration being responsible for establishing service standards in the public service organized training on common service standards for front line officers for various categories of staff in the public service.
A total of 210 participants across the Public sector participated in the Telephone Techniques, Basic Customer Service and Customer Service Fundamentals training, which was conducted from July 2017 to December 2017.
The participants received their Certificates of Attendance in a ceremony at the Department of Public Administration in December 2017.
